Appleton will help you to get the right part for your equipment. We offer replacement parts, service manuals, field service , and solutions for vendor discontinued components.
With your model and serial number we can identify and duplicate most components.
Parts Fax Program - Identifying parts for pre-1985 designs
You tell us the model, serial number and area of the machine needing parts. We fax or email you an exploded illustration of that area with current part numbers for the parts that make up that assembly. Mark your requirements and fax or email it back for a quote or ordering.
Replacement Parts - Same day shipping available
We carry an inventory that includes most parts that normally wear out in
service. This permits us to get orders that arrive by 2:30pm (Central
Time Zone) out that same day. Many customized components can be made and
shipped next day. Your Appleton Customer Service Representative can
provide you with the lead time upon request.
Service Manuals - Whether you bought your Appleton Core Cutter new or used
If you need a manual, we can help. When calling, be sure to have your model and serial number available.
Field Service - On-site repair and training
Field Service Technicians can quickly and efficiently fix any core
cutter problem. While at your facility, they can also train operators on
best practices and/or answer technical questions.
Vendor Discontinued Components - We've got you covered
If vended components are no longer available due to technology changes
or vendor consolidation, we try to develop retro-kits that provide the
same function using different components - another Appleton service to
help you keep your core cutter on-line.
